How do I place an order?

You may place your order online using our secure shopping cart 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

If you prefer to order by phone, our customer service representatives will gladly take your order. Call us at (800)909-4ZAF (4923) or (818)252-0033 between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Pacific Time). If you reach our voice mail, please leave a message clearly stating your name, phone number, and best time to call you back. We'll return your call at your convenience to take your order.

 

Is it safe to place an order online?

Yes, Zaftique.com’s credit card processing service uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Encryption Technology to protect your credit card information.

What are the Payment Options?

Zaftique accepts the following credit cards:

  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover

Enter your name and billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card and credit card statement. We will only ship to the registered address of the particular credit card you are using. If you would like to ship to a secondary address (such as your business address) you will need to call your credit card company and have the second address added as an approved “billing” address by your credit card company.

 

Is there sales tax?

Only in California. There will be a 8.25% sales tax included in calculating your order if your billing or shipping address is in California.

 

How quickly can I expect my order?

Most orders will ship within 4 days of order being placed. If you do not receive your order within 14 days, please contact us. If you have any questions related to shipping, please feel free to contact us.

 

What if the item(s) I want are temporarily out of stock?

Most out-of-stock items are usually shipped in 2 to 4 weeks of original order. If you do not receive your order within 14 days, please contact us.

 

How can I find out if you have new items?

You can become a Zaftique.com’s Preferred Customer by clicking here. We will send you e-mails with special discount coupons on all our latest designs and promotions. Also, please check our Just Arrived Fashions frequently!

 

How can I get my e-mail address removed from your mailing list?

If you would like to remove your name from the Zaftique mailing list, you can either follow the unsubscribe instructions listed at the bottom of the updates or send us an e-mail at unsubscribe@zaftique.com with the word "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.

 

Does Zaftique share my personal information with other companies?

Yes, but only with your permission. Please indicate your preferences when you become a Zaftique.com Preferred Customer.

 

Will all of my items arrive in one box?

You may receive multiple boxes, but you only pay one shipping charge no matter how many boxes it takes to ship your order. While we do our best to ensure the items you ordered are available, if an item is found to be back-ordered or not available to ship in 7 days after you place your order, we will notify you by e-mail.  Backordered items will always ship via Ground unless you specify otherwise; please be aware expediting backordered items will incurr additional shipping charges.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the garment and will be calculated at the time of purchase. Expedited Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day options are available at check out.

Will I have to pay sales tax?

Only in California. There will be a 8.25% sales tax added if your billing or shipping address is in California.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

We currently ship abroad for a minimum order of $200.00 for any country except Canada; Candian customers have no order minimum.

 

What if I need to return my purchase for a refund?

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days of the last shipment date.

The item must be in perfect condition with the original tags attached. Worn, soiled, damaged, or altered items will not have a credit issued upon return.

Clearance items are final sale. No refunds will be issued. Regular Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit if they are returned within the 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

 

What if I need to exchange my purchase?

You can also exchange your item for a different size or color. When exchanging an item, please indicate the new size and color on the Zaftique.com Return Form and mail it back with your return. We will ship you the new item upon receipt of the returned merchandise. If the item you are requesting is not available, we will notify you by e-mail.

 

Can I return Clearance items?

Clearance items are final sale, and cannot be exchanged or returned. No refunds will be issued.

 

Can I return undergarments?

Undergarments of an intimate nature such as under briefs, panties, thongs are not returnable by law and health codes. Please refer to our sizing chart to make sure you are ordering your correct size. Returns of undergarments will not be accepted.

 

Can swim suits be returned?

Yes, but only if you do not remove the protective strip in the swimsuit. Be sure to leave it in the garment until you are completely sure you want to keep it.

 

Do I need to call or e-mail for a “Return Authorization”?

Calling for return authorization is not required. A Zaftique.com Exchange/Return Form is included with every order. If we forget to put in the box, we will be happy to email or fax you a copy.

All items returned must be in perfect condition with the original tags attached.

Worn, soiled, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned and will not have a credit issued upon return.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
