Exchanges and Returns
Each Zaftique.com order is shipped with a convenient Exchange/Return Form. Click Here to download the Form.
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of the shipment date. We have established the following return policy:
- Any return for a credit card refund must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the shipping date. Items exceeding the 30 day limit are eligible for Store Credit or an exchange.
- Any exchange must arrive at our warehouse within 90 days of the shipping date for processing. Any return or exchange that exceeds 90 days will not be accepted and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
- The item must be in perfect condition with the original labels attached.
- Worn, soiled, odorous, damaged, laundered or altered items cannot be returned and will not have a credit issued upon return. They will be shipped back at customer's own expense.
- Please note that items returned with deodorant stains cannot be cleaned by us so they cannot be resold, thus will be refused for any refund or store credit and will be shipped back at customer's own expense. Please be very careful when trying on your clothing.
- Sale items may be returned for store credit only.
- CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE ONLY and are not eligible for any kind of return, refund, exchange or credit. If you have any questions about style or sizing, please contact a CSR prior to purchase. Items subject to availability.
- Returns for exchange items will only be processed with store credit, even if they are within 30 days of the shipment date.
- Exchanged items can be returned for store credits only.
- Customers need to pay for re-shipping charges if they are exchanging a second time, or if the Exchange is received over 30 days past the shipment date.
- Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
- Zaftique makes every effort to keep our item pictures and descriptions as accurate as possible; however there can sometimes be slight design modifications or style changes. Please contact Customer Service for any questions on specific items.
- We are unable to make any price adjustments on previously placed orders.
As you would in any retail store, please try on clothing wearing undergarments and be careful to not get makeup on the clothes. This is especially important when trying on Swimwear. Please do not remove the protective strip in the swimsuit until you are completely sure you are keeping the item.
Undergarments of an intimate nature such as briefs, panties, thongs and leg shapers are not returnable by law. Please refer to our sizing chart to make sure you are ordering your correct size. Returns of undergarments will not be accepted.
All credits are processed promptly upon receipt of the return, a process that can take 5-15 business days to fully complete. Credits are posted to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
You can also exchange your item for a different size or color. When exchanging an item, please indicate the new size and color on the Zaftique.com Return Form and mail it back with your return. We will ship you the new item upon receipt of the returned merchandise. If the item you are requesting is not available, we will notify you by e-mail. Customers are responsible for the re-shipping costs on exchanges received over 30 days past the shipping date and for second exchanges.
The washing label on the garments may not be correct all the time. Descriptions on our website contain all the correct information. The washing instructions and fabric contents should be according to the website. All items with sequins, beads, laces, and crochet are delicate in nature therefore should not be machine-washed and should be hand-washed in general.
Bridal Gown Return/Exchange Policy
Our Return and Exchange policy on gowns from our Bridal Boutique does differ from that of our regular merchandise. Please make sure you read these terms before placing an order for our Bridal Gowns.
- Any Return or Exchange must reach our warehouse within 14 days of the shipping date. Bridal Gowns exceeding this 14 day window will not be eligible for any type of exchange or credit, and will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
- There will be a $15.00 restocking fee that will be applied to all Returns and Exchanges of Bridal Gowns. Your refund will be less this $15.00 fee, provided the gown is returned in original condition. Your Exchange request will result in a new charge of $15.00, provided the gown is returned in original condition.
- We cannot accept returns on gowns received in less than perfect condition. This includes staining (i.e. make up, grass stains, dirt, deodorant markings etc), pet or human hair, strong odors such as smoke or perfume, or show evidence of wear. Any Bridal Gown returned to us in damaged condition will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
- Any gowns returned with alterations and/or the labels cut out will be refused and shipped back.
- Exchanged items can be returned for store credits only.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you have any questions about this Bridal policy, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service for assistance in advance of placing your order. We're always happy to answer questions about our gown styles and sizing.
Ship-to Address
We would need to verify the ship-to addresses of our customers with the credit card companies. If your ship-to address is different from your billing address, please inform your credit card companies to include your ship-to address in your record so that our customer service representative can effectively verify it with your credit card company. We appreciate your help in this regard as this will certainly expedite the shipping process of your order.
If the ship-to address is different from your billing address and is not listed with your credit card company, it may result in significant delays to the shipment of your order. If our customer service representative ultimately can not verify the ship-to address, it may result in the cancellation of the order altogether. We hope you will understand that we need to safeguard the security of our transactions.
Shipping Guidelines
Zaftique offers convenient shipping within the United States (Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii) exclusively through UPS. If Ground service is not available for Alaska and Hawaii, 2 day service is standard.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the garment, the shipping destination and will be calculated at the time of purchase. Expedited Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day options are also available at check out. Please note that we ship exclusively through UPS, and under no circumstances are able to offer shipment through any other carrier.
Our UPS services do not include weekend delivery. If you have any concerns, please contact Customer Service about Expedited shipping times prior to placing your order.

While we do our best to ensure the items you ordered are available, if an item is found to be backordered or not available to ship within 7-10 business days after you place your order, we will notify you via e-mail. (Most orders will ship within 4 days of order being placed.)
Most out-of-stock items are usually shipped in 2 to 3 weeks of the order date. If you do not receive your order in 2 weeks, please contact us.
Orders with expedited shipping will be processed with priority when items are in stock. The second or third shipment of back-ordered items for orders with expedited shipping will only be ground.
International Ordering
Zaftique is pleased to announce we now offer stylish and sophsticated fashion for International customers. It’s fast and easy to order! Simply send an e-mail to Customerservice@zaftique.com with your desired items or contact Customer Service at 818-252-0033 Monday – Friday PST. International orders cannot be placed online, so please be sure to contact a Customer Service Representative to help you.
Canadian customers may place an order of any size. For all other countries, a $200 minimum (excluding shipping) is required per order, all items must be in stock – we are unable to partially ship. Customer Service will notify you in regards to any backordered items. At which point the order can be held for an entire order shipment or if you chose so you may cancel the backorder item at anytime.
Payment must be made in US dollars at time of purchase by one of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Money orders, wire transfers or cashier checks are not acceptable.
Custom duties and taxes are solely the responsibility of the receiver, if for any reason a package is refused you will be refunded for the items minus a 5% re-stocking fee per line item. If a refusal of a package results in a charge back to Zaftique.com, we have the right to charge your credit card on file for the full amount.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the garment and the destination of delivery and will be calculated at the time of purchase. Options will be provided to you upon Customer Service receving your order request, before your order is placed and charged. Due to custom clearance, we are unable to guarantee an arrival date. You will however, receive a tracking number via e-mail which will be trackable door to door.

We can accept returns for refunds only as long as they are received within 30 days of the ship date. Please note, you will not be refunded for your shipping and handling or customs duties and taxes. We can NOT offer an exchange. If the package is received past the 30 day limit store credit will be issued, no exceptions.
